We Work With, Not Over, You
The right postpartum support team doesn't take over. We walk beside you. Some parents want hands-on guidance, while others simply want the reassurance of knowing their baby is in experienced hands while they rest. Replace your medical or mental health professionals
Provide daytime nanny services or ongoing babysitting
Perform deep cleaning or general housekeeping
Impose personal parenting beliefs or disregard your family's preferences
Instead, we focus on what we do best: providing experienced overnight newborn care, practical postpartum support, and evidence-informed guidance within our professional scope.
If a concern requires medical attention or support beyond our expertise, we'll encourage you to connect with the appropriate healthcare professional. Knowing when to refer is part of providing responsible care.

Elizabeth "Liz" Luke founded The Jacksonville Baby Company in 2013, inspired by her own postpartum experience after welcoming her third baby.
With nearly 30 years of infant care experience and more than a decade of professional experience directly supporting families throughout Jacksonville and Northeast Florida, Liz has built a small, carefully selected team of highly qualified specialists who share her values.
