We'll explore options (birth, baby, postpartum recovery, relationship goals, boundaries, sex), organize your ideas, and create a carefully curated plan that fits your style.
You can choose a structured session such as a birth class with just you and your partner, or you can choose to just have a two-four hour session to discuss topics of concern. These can also be done over the phone or on zoom. Zoom session clients do not have to be local to Jacksonville. Private sessions can also be booked consecutively on a weekly or monthly basis.

Each consulting session is private, held in the client's home or by phone, and ranges from two hours to four hours.
